Acceptable File Formats

Adobe Illustrator: Up to and including CS3. Save as .ai (preferred), .EPS or .PDF.
- Adobe Photoshop: Up to and including CS3. Save as .psd (preferred) or .TIF (preserve any layers if possible).
SCREEN: Vector art with properly assigned PMS values or Raster (bitmap) art at minimum 72 ppi at 100% actual size.
DIGITEX: Vector art with properly assigned PMS values or Raster (bitmap) art at minimum 100 ppi at 100% actual size.
TRUEDYE: Vector art with properly assigned PMS values or Raster (bitmap) art at minimum 150 ppi at 100% actual size.
APPLIQUE: Vector art only.
Artwork Do's and Dont's
All Art Types
Do include all linked and embedded files with your composite file.
Do design your artwork to properly fit the dimensions of your product. We suggest creating your artwork at 10% actual size
Do use CMYK colour space. We use a 3M Match Print as our Standard Target.
This helps us produce your product with predictable results, even across other fabrics.
Vector Art
Do convert all text to paths
Do use and properly assign PMS values to your artwork. To ensure colour accurate reproduction
Do Not use special effects such as Drop Shadows, Overprinting, Transparencies, etc...
Do Not blend a PMS colour to a process colour
Raster Art
Do Not resize low resolution artwork to meet our minimum requirements. Simply send a hardcopy that we can scan.
Artwork that does not comply with the above standards or is not of sufficient quality will be subject to art charges and,even then, that it may result in unpredictable output.
Submitting Artwork Electronically
MEDIA : We accept files on the following media. CD and DVD. Please note that electronic media will not be returned.
E-MAIL : Files up to 5 MB can be sent directly through e-mail.
FTP : You can access our FTP site using the information below. Please use an FTP client, not your browser...

COMPRESSION : We always recommend compressing your files when using either the FTP server or when emailing us.
