Screen Printing - Dispersed Dye
Keep your costs down with an automated flat bed printer. Ideal for spot colors, half tones and 4 color process (4cp - viewed from a distance). Great for high volume promotional fabric needs. Colors are vibrant and may be customized to meet your needs and those of your customer. It's called dispersed dye, using screens and then heat setting and the fabric to lock in the dye so you always have a soft hand and good color penetration on the reverse unlike the inks of the market that sit on the surface only. TrueDye® - Dye sublimation printing 
A similar process to dye sublimation with a few unique variations. This equipment was uniquely created for our customers in the flag/banner industry. Being one of the only flag companies in North America with perfect penetration on the reverse side of your product. An ideal product for flags when you need color on both sides, as we believe a flag should. Our customers have been astounded by the vivid colors - far superior to any similar product process. This is certainly the best print process available in terms of detail, color and dpi. Ideal for photographic images. It's available in a variety of polyester fabrics including DuraMax® - which is a 250 denier polyester that looks and feels like nylon. We also carry an open weave, very durable DuraKnit III® which is a strong knitted fabric with superior dye retention, DuraLux®, pongee, poplin, satin and poly duck.
