Acceptable File Formats

Adobe Illustrator: Up to and including CS3. Save as .ai (preferred), .EPS or .PDF.
- Adobe Photoshop: Up to and including CS3. Save as .psd (preferred) or .TIF (preserve any layers if possible).
SCREEN: Vector art with properly assigned PMS values or Raster (bitmap) art at minimum 72 ppi at 100% actual size.
DIGITEX: Vector art with properly assigned PMS values or Raster (bitmap) art at minimum 100 ppi at 100% actual size.
TRUEDYE: Vector art with properly assigned PMS values or Raster (bitmap) art at minimum 150 ppi at 100% actual size.
APPLIQUE: Vector art only.
Artwork Requirements
In order to provide you with the best price, product and service and to prevent delay, here are our requirements when submitting artwork. If upon receipt we are not able to use your supplied artwork, your sales representative will discuss options with you, which could include our graphic services at a charge.
All Art Types
Require all linked and embedded files with your composite file.
Design must be sized to the overall product dimensions, we suggest creating at 10% of actual size.
Use CMYK color space (we use a 3M Match Print as our standard target), this will assist with the predictability of results across all our fabrics.
Vector Art
Convert all text to paths
Include all PMS values to your artwork, this will ensure color accurate reproduction.
PMS colors should not be blended with a process color.
Special effects such as drop shadows, overprinting or transparencies must not be included, as this will result in a product unacceptable to you and your customer.
Raster Art
Low-resolution artwork should not be resized to meet our minimum requirements, simply send a hardcopy that can be scanned.
Submitting Artwork Electronically
MEDIA : We accept files on the following media. CD and DVD. Please note that electronic media will not be returned.
E-MAIL : Files up to 5 MB can be sent directly through e-mail.
FTP : You can access our FTP site using the information below. Please use an FTP client, not your browser...

COMPRESSION : We always recommend compressing your files when using either the FTP server or when emailing us.
